The Griffin Varisty team took it to the Headwaters girls beating them in three straight games. The match earlier in the season was an epic battle that went to five games and felt like it could have fallen either way although it was won by our opponent. On this day though, Griffin was clearly the better team, and Headwaters could not handle the heat. In the third game, Griffin was down 24-21 and won five straight points to put the match away.
